任职要求：
1、生物学、药学、医学相关专业，博士学历；
2、1年以上研发工作经历者优先；
3、熟悉肿瘤模型，有CRO公司工作经验或合作经验者优先；
4、热爱研发工作，具有创造性和钻研精神，能够独立开展研发工作；
5、身体健康，品行端正、责任心强，有较强的沟通合作能力。
